This blog is a moderated forum that is subject to the IMF’s terms regarding Copyright and Usage and Privacy Policy. Additionally, we expect blog users to stay on-topic, to use standard business language, and to refrain from offensive or defamatory language when posting, commenting, or linking to other websites. Users warrant to the IMF that their comments constitute their original works of authorship or do not infringe on any third party’s copyright or other proprietary rights. We may edit or remove posts or comments that do not comply with these terms. We also retain the right to disapprove trackbacks that we consider to be inappropriate.
